Welcome to Kion’s Private Pool! This stunning staycation place is the ideal destination for anyone seeking a break from the fast-paced city lifestyle. With a 3-5ft (4x8m) outdoor swimming pool complete with RGB underwater lights and a side pool fountain, you can refresh yourself or unwind with friends and family.

Inside the villa, you’ll find two fully air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and an extra mattress while the second bedroom offers two Full Double-sized beds. Additionally, the lounge/family room includes a convertible sofa bed that can easily become a King-sized bed. The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a variety of appliances, including a microwave oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, two-burner gas stove, and an electric kettle. There’s even a portable gas stove provided (butane not included) for your convenience.

When you’re not lounging by the pool or preparing delicious meals in the kitchen, you can enjoy the villa’s other amenities. There’s unlimited indoor karaoke, a 50” Smart TV that’s Netflix-ready, a gazebo on the first floor, and a bar with a roof deck and industrial dining set that accommodates up to ten guests.

Kion’s Private Pool also includes essential facilities such as two common restrooms with showers and a shower area. Plus, the poolside rooms provide direct access to the pool. Other amenities include up to 50 Mbps of fiber optic internet connection and CCTV security cameras around the villa to ensure your safety and security.
