Welcome to Wayside Villa, your ultimate staycation destination in the heart of the city! This private villa boasts a wide array of amenities that will surely make your stay comfortable and memorable. With 4 air-conditioned rooms and extra queen-size mattresses, this villa can accommodate up to 20 guests. You’ll surely have a comfortable and relaxing sleep in our elegant and spacious rooms that have their own toilet and bathrooms.
Enjoy a sumptuous feast in our air-conditioned dining room, equipped with an elegant dining table that can accommodate up to 10 persons. Afterward, take a break in our cozy and air-conditioned living room, where you can relax while watching your favorite Netflix shows and Youtube videos on our Android TV. For your safety and security, Wayside Villa has installed security cameras on the property. Take a stroll in our lush garden or take a dip in our 3-5 feet swimming pool. You can also chill in our Lanai or play a game of basketball in our court.

With a 4-car garage, outdoor toilet and shower rooms, and a patio adjoining the pool and garden, you’ll surely have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Stay connected with our free wifi and sing your heart out with our videoke. Our indoor kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, and microwave oven.
Wayside Villa also offers free use of tables and chairs for up to 20 guests, a first aid kit, a griller, and even free purified water. You’re also free to use our outdoor kitchen with utensils where you can prepare and cook your meals. With all these amenities and services, you can enjoy your staycation to the fullest, without worrying about any corkage fee for food and drinks.
