Is there parking space available in the resort?

Answer: There is a parking space able to fit 10 cars and several motorcycles

Is the downpayment refundable if I Cancel my confirmed reservation?

Answer: The downpayment is non-refundable if cancellation is made at least one (1) week before the confirmed reservation. Guests will be requested to re-schedule, subject to availability.

Are pets allowed in the resort?

Answer: Yes, for a maximum of three (3) pets only. An additional of Php 250 per pet is charged in excess of three (3) pets.

What time is the karaoke allowed to be used?

Answer: The karaoke may be used from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Use of karaoke is strictly prohibited starting 10:00PM, in observance of “quiet hours” ordinance.

How much is the downpayment required to secure my reservation?

Answer: A 50% downpayment is required to secure the reservation.

Are early check-ins and late check outs allowed?

Answer: Yes, early check-in or late check-out is allowed for a fee of Php 300/ hour, subject to availability

are pets allowed to swim in the pool?

Answer: Yes, pets are allowed to swim in the pool since we change the water for every booking. Pets are required to wear diapers at all times (except when swimming).

Is there a corkage fee for food and drinks/liquor?

Answer: We do not charge corkage fees for outside food, and drinks/ liquor.

Is kauayan a private villa/ resort?

Answer: Yes, Kuayan is an exclusive farm resort. We only accommodate one (1) group per day.
