The house has three beautifully designed bedrooms that are perfect for a family or a group of friends. Each room is air-conditioned with its private bathroom, providing guests with the comfort and privacy they need. The master bedroom, secondary room, and dorm-type bunk bedroom can accommodate up to 25 overnight sleepers. One of the highlights of Balai Manlapaz is the private pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and bask under the sun. The pool area has 20 chairs and three long tables, perfect for lounging and relaxing while enjoying your favorite drinks and snacks. The garden can accommodate up to 150 pax, making it ideal for gatherings and special events.

For entertainment, Balai Manlapaz also offers a videoke machine, perfect for a night of singing and laughter with friends and family. There’s also a kitchen available for reheating food, and two gallons of mineral water are provided for your convenience. The jacuzzi is available for two hours, with additional charges for succeeding hours.

Balai Manlapaz Amenities and Other Details

– 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning (Master bedroom, secondary room & dorm-type bunkbed room) and private bathroom.
– Private pool
– Kitchen (gas and stove are intended for reheating foods only)

– Jacuzzi for 2 hours, succeeding hour/s will have an additional charge.
– 2 gallons of mineral water.
– Garden capacity max of 150pax
– 150pax free of charge (in excess of 150pax will charge 100php/pax)
– 25pax maximum capacity for overnight sleepers (extra pillows and mattress available for rent)
– Loud sounds is prohibited. Sound system/videoke is strictly up till 10 PM ONLY as per National Ordinance.
